Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must pass fingerprinting and a background check

Key Responsibilities
-
Personal Support: Manage calendars, handle client correspondence, run errands, invoices, etc

Office organization
-
Manage Vehicle Fleet

Security Check client properties as needed (Company vehicle and equipment provided)

Assist with day-to-day office operations
-
Provide direct administrative support to the company owner
-
Respond to security calls and perform security checks as needed when not assigned to office duties
-
Conduct continuous outbound sales and lead follow-up calls to prospective clients

Maintain and manage company social media accounts (training provided)
-
Participate in ongoing professional development, including: Private Investigator training, Armed Guard training or other Washington State licensing and certification requirements.
Position Description
Hybrid Personal Assistant (Unarmed)
This position supports the daily operations of a security firm located at:
4210 198th St SW, Suite 204
Lynnwood, WA 98036
The Hybrid Personal Assistant provides professional administrative and operational support to the company owner (Security Contractor). This is a uniformed security position. A company-issued uniform, including a ballistic or knife-resistant vest, and pepper spray will be provided.
Position Expectations
This role requires flexibility, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to transition between administrative duties, field operations, and business development tasks as needed.
